Kirstenbosch Botanic Gardens lies just behind Table Mountain in Cape Town and I wrote about the history of the Gardens on London Traveller. Here I am going to indulge myself further in enjoying the scenery and the plants.

Yes, it is remarkable – the setting is stunning, the plants are incredible, and the ongoing work in conservation remarkable. And it is a peaceful place where you can just let nature take over and relax. I am pleased you enjoyed your visit through the photographs!

Thank you. This is a truly great garden and I hardly started to understand it. I can imagine that if you live in Cape Town you would want to be a ‘Friend’ and visit regularly.
