It is suddenly late June in the City Garden and very hot indeed! I am going to repeat some of the things I said on Six on Saturday last time – well, why not?

The hydrangeas are just gorgeous! They take a lot of watering but it is worth it. I have them in tubs (well, large rubbish bins) and some are in the ground.

The brunnera are very pretty and I am going to move some to add variety to a shady spot under the damson tree
Bling!
The geraniums are ‘ordinary’ but these tubs outside the dining room allow me to introduce colour into the garden
Pink!!
Not sure what I have here, but is it very bright!
