Wow…do you plan to make quince jelly? I have a very laden medlar tree but have never fancied using the fruit after they gone soft or “bletted”….but the birds love them!
Yes, I do make quince jelly, and membrillo. But this year I am also going to freeze some of the fruit and use it in cooking. I might do a post!
