Mid-July in The City Garden is more cheerful than I had anticipated. In a fortnight of mixed weather, while I have been away, the garden has managed to struggle on and so I am going to feed, water and tidy up, and then hope for the best again.
This week I am going to be lazy, and my Six on Saturday is going to be six photographs of the hydrangeas. I feel they have done well to get this far and deserve a ‘showing’!
And that is mid-July in the City Garden – things could be much worse! Thank you to The Propagator and I hope he forgives my laziness!
Hydrangeas are one of my favourites so I love your post this week!
Thank you!I have such a difficult garden – I am surprised, and grateful, that they have been so good to me.
love that leaf photo! is that hydrangea too?
Yes! Hope you didn’t mind the liberty of ‘Six’?
