Hmmm, remember I only have 13 quinces…!
I have a couple of Chaenomeles in the garden and have always made a small amount jam or curd from these. Jam making doesn’t have to be on a grand scale.This year I made one jar of fig jam as it had been my best year yet but didn’t feel I could sacrifice my bounty on jam, but I wanted to know what it tasted like. I wasn’t disappointed. Go for it..
